Tamworth Services
Tamworth Services opened in 1990 at junction 10 of the M42, described as ‘the largest single-sided service area in Europe’ at 28 acres. The Staffordshire-Warwickshire border runs through the middle of the services along the old Green Lane alignment. Granada built it within a planned business park, the only M42 service area before industry deregulation. An M&S Simply Food opened in 2006. The forecourt was sold separately to Euro Garages. Operated by Moto.
